Refund policy

Overview

Our store operates as a wholesale platform designed for retailers, resellers, and business buyers. Due to the nature of bulk ordering, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.


 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been completed.

Once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun, cancellations can no longer be possible. Cancellation requests submitted after payment confirmation may be subject to a service fee.


 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged items upon arrival

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect products received

To be eligible, issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


 

Claims Process

To submit a claim, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond promptly with a resolution.


 

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the affected items

  • Partial refund for the affected items

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or resold

  • Orders reported after 7 days of delivery

  • Bulk orders without valid quality issues


 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
