Ordering & Shipping Policy

Simple Ordering

Our store is designed for retailers, resellers, and wholesale buyers.

There is no per-item minimum quantity unless otherwise specified.
Retailers may mix different designs within the same product category, provided they share the same price and MOQ.

Shipping Threshold

The minimum order amount is $100.

• $100 – $499: $50 flat-rate shipping

• $500+: Free standard shipping

This policy helps us maintain efficient fulfillment and consistent pricing across all product collections.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 7-21 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• Stickers & Sticky Notes: approximately 7–12 days

• Other stationery items: approximately 15–21 days

Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

Order Adjustments

Once an order has entered processing, modifications may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation request is submitted after payment confirmation, a service fee may apply.
